Background
My background includes nearly seven years of
experience in the mortgage industry, working
both in California and Arizona respectively.
As of November 2006, I obtained my real estate
license for Arizona and I have maintained an
active real estate license in California since
2002.
Prior to getting into mortgages and real estate,
I earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from
Western Illinois University and worked for over
six years for the largest relocation company
in the country. Working with clients from entry
level positions all the way up to CEO’s
of major corporations. This experience gave
me a solid background and extensive knowledge
of finance, specifically in real estate. Additionally,
I developed great communication and customer
service skills.
I have continually attended courses relating
to the mortgage industry, and subscribe to Brian
Buffini’s model for Business. Therefore,
the majority of my business is by referral and
I pride myself on the service I provide to my
clients. My hope is that after a client goes
through the loan process with me, that they
will refer me to their friends, family, co-workers,
etc. so they can benefit from the same service.
I have an extensive knowledge regarding consumer
credit and review all of my client’s credit
and personally help them understand it and repair
it if necessary.
Since moving to Arizona in 2003, I have been
working in the industry and currently, I work
for Sterling Home Mortgage, a great company
with access to hundreds of lenders and programs.
I process all of my own files and am the main
point of contact for my clients from start to
finish. Since I work for a brokerage and have
Real Estate licenses for both Arizona and California,
I am a “one stop shop” for many
of my clients.
A proud husband and father of a new beautiful
little girl, I understand the importance of
your home and personal finances. As I understand
